Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Nordic CoffeeHub is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Nordic CoffeeHub is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
